As you know, the first edition of 2015 OIFF is taking place on the next July. From July 20 to July 31, short films and trailers from all over the world will compete to win the award for Best Short Film and Best Trailer. Soon after the end of submissions, the prize money will be communicated.

The deadline for submissions in on July 14, and in the meantime many films have already arrived from all over the world: Spain, United States of America, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Taiwan, Australia, Qatar; Brazil, Belgium, France, Greece, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, India, Iran, Israel, Poland, Peru, Japan, Palestine, etc.
Please note that OIFF 2015 is an online international festival and therefore it does not provide live screening of the works. All films sent in these months will be published on our official website and they will be judged by people online.

Anyone can vote one or more films from July 20 to July 31, 2015.
At the end of this event, the film that gets more LIKES will win the first prize money.
OIFF allows anyone to be in the official selection of the festival.
OIFF gives anyone the opportunity to compete to win the award for the Best Film.
To upload your film on the official website of the Festival, you have to send us a YouTube or Vimeo link as soon as possible.
Your film will be visible online throughout the whole festival (July 20-31, 2015), It will be removed after that date.
Please note that you can ask to remove you link from the official webpage in any moment.
At the same time, there is the section OIFF OUT OF COMPETITION for those filmmakers who do not want to show their film online on our official website. In this case, there will be a special “Grand Jury Prize”, which is not a prize money and will be given by an internal jury.

By submitting the project to the Festival, you confirm to own all rights of the film. Also, you allow to show the film on the official website of 2015 OIFF. Your name and all information about the project can be used for the promotion of 2015 OIFF.
There is no need for subtitles in English for films made in a language other than English.
OIFF is only at its first edition but already has a lot of enthusiasm and it promises to be a contest of the highest level.
